1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the OneTap platform (website, dashboard, and connected cards).

By creating an account or using a OneTap card, you agree to these terms.

2. Account creation

To activate a card, you must create an account and provide accurate information.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

• Use a valid email address.
• Update your information when it changes.
• Report any unauthorized use immediately.

3. Card usage

OneTap cards let you share professional or personal information via NFC.

You agree not to use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

3.b Storage limits

Data hosting (including images) has a real cost for OneTap.

OneTap uses a one-shot model (single payment), with no recurring subscription revenue to fund unlimited storage.

As a result, each card is strictly limited to 15 images maximum. This technical limit cannot be bypassed.

4. Payments & delivery

Prices are displayed on the buy page. Payments are handled by secure providers.

Delivery times may vary by destination; you will receive updates by email.

4.b Lacordaire offer (/laco page)

For any order placed on /laco, pickup is mandatory in person at Lacordaire (13013 Marseille).

These Lacordaire-specific orders are non-refundable due to the dedicated promotional offer and payment terms.

5. Termination

You can request account deletion at any time by contacting support.

We may suspend an account if these terms are violated.

6. Personal data

Personal data is processed according to our privacy policy.

You remain in control of the information you make public via your card.

7. Liability

OneTap takes reasonable steps to keep the service available.

Our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages related to service use.
